The price of renting valid from  31 December 2024 to 31 December 2025:

"High season" :
French school holidays of Easter (2d of April till 2d of May 2016), July, August, All Saints' Day, Christmas.

530 ¤ per week (from Saturday till Saturday)
"Average season"
June, September, October and February school holidays (from Feb the 6 th till March the 7 th 2016.
480¤ per week
"Low season":
The rest of the year.
410 ¤ per week
week-end (2 nights min.)
Possible, but not during the "haute saison" : just ask us after looking at "calendrier annuel" (=calendar of our availaibilities).
200 ¤ till 280¤ (depending number of people and nights)

Tourist tax in addition

 1.76 ¤/night/adult >18 year old

This price is available for 6 persons If you are more than 6 people, it will cost 10 ¤ extra/each pers/night , but with a max of 8 pers and only for short stays: your friend's visit or for w-e...
 If you are less (1 or 2 or 2 and a baby), we also can make a discount  :-) .

Bed-sheet, pillow-slip and bath-towels are not provided. If you want them, tell us before (it costs 11 ¤ + 2 ¤  for each pers beds made on arrival...But we prefer you bring your own).
If you bring your own :  in this case you need to bring bottom and top sheets because beds are with covers, not with braid. There are 2 double beds of 140x190 cm, in 2 rooms, 2 bunk beds of 90x140 cm in an third room  and  1 sofa bed 140x190 cm in the stayroom; pillows are 60 x 60 cm.

The household at the end of stay is at your expense or 70 ¤ more.

We accept one (or two if small) animals : , well educated and not aggressive. Contact us.

Calendar
How to rent ?

If you are interested, ring us up or send us a mail (contact@caprice-caprin.fr), and tell us the dates and your options. We shall make a contract with your choices, send it to you . Then  you have to send  it back to us with your signature and 30 % of the price.

As soon as we get it back, we tell you and the house is booked for you.
